Product, setup and billing answers
What is IEOSUIA POS?
IEOSUIA POS is a browser-based point-of-sale platform for sales, products, inventory, receipts, staff, shops and operational reporting. A business owner manages the workspace and assigns staff access.
Can I manage more than one shop?
Yes. A business can manage multiple shops within its plan allowance. Shops use one business catalogue and separate inventory balances; authorised reporting can cover one, selected or all shops.
Can I create multiple staff accounts?
Yes. The owner invites managers and cashiers and assigns shop access. Active staff count toward the plan's staff allowance; one owner is included separately.
Can each shop have its own inventory?
Yes. A tracked product has a separate balance at each shop. Record opening quantities and counts for the selected shop. Sales and authorised full reversals update that shop's tracked stock.
Can I view all my shops in one dashboard?
The owner dashboard provides a business overview and shop comparisons. Authorised reports support one, selected or all shops. Staff remain limited to their role and assigned shop access.
Which reports can I export?
Reports cover sales summaries, detailed sales, shops, products, categories, inventory, movements, low stock, staff, discounts, refunds, payment methods, tax, shifts and customer sales. PDF, CSV and real XLSX exports use the authorised filters, with deliberate size limits.
How does the free trial work?
Your 14-day trial starts when the business is created, without card details or a trial payment. Verify your owner email before signing in. Changing the trial plan does not restart the trial end date.
Can I change plans or reach a shop/staff limit?
All plans include the same core functionality with different active-shop and staff allowances. A trial plan can change immediately if usage fits. Outside a trial, plan selection applies after the next confirmed payment. Reduce active shops or staff before selecting a smaller plan.
Can I add my logo and details to receipts?
Yes. The owner can upload a merchant logo, enter business details, choose their visibility and select Classic, Modern or Minimal layouts for 58 mm, 80 mm or A4 receipts. Saved sales preserve the branding used for later reprints.
Does POS charge my customers' cards?
Card and EFT entries record payments received through your separate payment arrangement. PayOS is used for the IEOSUIA POS subscription. Direct customer-card processing at the shop is not implemented.
Do subscription payments renew automatically?
No automatic monthly debits are enabled. The owner initiates a hosted PayOS checkout from Billing. Verified provider confirmation extends the paid period; a browser return by itself does not activate access.
Can I work without internet?
An internet connection is required to save sales, stock changes and other operational actions on the server. Offline selling is not supported.
Is IEOSUIA POS suitable for a small South African shop?
A small shop can use the business catalogue, counter, inventory, staff and reporting within a plan's limits. Prices and sales use ZAR, and product settings support exclusive VAT calculation. Use the trial to check your required workflow and devices.
How do I cancel or request refund help?
The owner can schedule cancellation in Billing for the end of the current paid or trial period. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments or delete history. Contact support for subscription refund review and read the billing terms.
