IEOSUIA POS · How it works
From a new business account to your first sale
Start with a business-owner account and one shop. IEOSUIA POS guides you through the same catalogue, stock, staff and shift workflow you will use at the counter.
1. Create the business and verify your email
Sign up with your name, email, business name, first shop and chosen plan. Read the terms before accepting them. Your 14-day trial starts when the business is created, and you verify the owner email before signing in.
A business owner manages their own shops and subscription. Platform administration is a separate role, so an administrator account on its own does not own a shop workspace.
2. Prepare products and opening stock
Create categories and products with a name, SKU, optional barcode, price, cost and tax setting. Choose whether to track stock. Enter opening quantities through the inventory workflow for the selected shop and record an adjustment reason.
Start with a small set of real products and check their prices and stock before your team begins selling. Each shop has its own quantity, even when the product belongs to the same business catalogue.
3. Invite the team and prepare receipts
Owners invite managers and cashiers, choose their role and assign shop access. Staff accept their invitation and use their own account. Plan limits count active staff separately from the owner.
In the receipt designer, choose a default layout and paper width. Add your business details and upload a logo if you want them printed. Preview and print a sample on your intended printer before issuing customer receipts.
4. Open a shift, sell and review
Choose an assigned shop, open a shift with an opening cash amount and use the terminal to find products. Check the cart and record the tender received. A completed sale saves its receipt and updates tracked shop stock.
Review saved sales and authorised reports. Close the shift with the drawer cash count to record any variance. The workspace tutorial and page hints explain these steps while you work. An internet connection is required; offline selling is not supported.
