IEOSUIA POS · Multi-shop

One business catalogue, separate shop activity

IEOSUIA POS lets a business manage more than one shop while keeping inventory, staff access and operational activity scoped to the right location. Your plan controls the number of active shops.

A shared catalogue with stock by shop

Maintain business products and categories centrally so your team can refer to the same names, SKUs, barcodes and product settings. Inventory balances are recorded separately for each shop rather than combined into one quantity.

A sale uses the selected shop's stock. Counts and adjustments are scoped to that location and retain their reason. Adding another shop does not automatically create opening stock there: record its starting quantities before selling.

Give staff the locations they need

The owner creates and manages shops and assigns managers or cashiers to the appropriate locations. Staff work within their assigned shops, and business records remain separate from other businesses using the platform.

Each team member signs in with their own account. A role determines available actions, while shop assignments determine the locations those actions can use. Review both when moving someone to another branch.

Compare results without losing context

The owner can review the business dashboard and compare shop performance. Authorised reports can use one shop, selected shops or all shops, with date filters and PDF, CSV or Excel exports.

Sales, shifts and inventory movements retain their shop context. Use consolidated totals for the business overview and a specific-shop filter when investigating a counter or stock discrepancy.

Choose an allowance that fits

Starter, Growth and Business have different active-shop and staff allowances, with the same core features. Current limits are shown on the pricing page and in Billing.

Before selecting a smaller plan, reduce active shops and staff to fit its limits. Creating additional shops does not bypass plan limits or grant another business access. Automatic inter-shop stock transfers are not described as an available workflow in this version.
