IEOSUIA POS · Staff management
Give each team member the right shop access
IEOSUIA POS uses individual accounts, business roles and shop assignments. Owners manage their business; managers and cashiers receive the operational access appropriate to their role and assigned shops.
Owner, manager and cashier roles
The owner controls business setup, shops, staff invitations, subscription billing and receipt settings. Managers can use their permitted operational management actions, while cashiers focus on counter activity within assigned locations.
Roles are resolved and checked by the server. A hidden button is not the access boundary: protected requests also check the account, membership and shop context. Platform administrators operate a separate portal and do not automatically become an owner of your business.
Invite staff and choose their shops
Invite a team member with their own email, select the role and assign the shops they need. The recipient accepts the invitation and signs in using their own account rather than sharing the owner's password.
Plan allowances count active staff separately from the included owner. Review or disable active memberships when someone leaves, and update shop assignments when a person changes location.
Open shifts and review the drawer
An authorised user opens a shift with an opening cash amount before counter work. At close, a drawer count records declared cash alongside expected cash and variance.
Shift records and cash-up reports let the business review differences with shop and user context. These records document cash activity; they do not automate payroll, employee attendance or bank settlement.
Help the team use the workflow
The workspace includes a tutorial and page hints for important steps such as opening stock, shifts, sales, receipts and report filters. Phone navigation uses a compact layout; tablets and computers provide more room for the same authorised actions.
Stock changes, full refunds and other sensitive actions leave audit records. Keep individual accounts and clear assignments so those records remain useful when reviewing a shop's activity.
