What every plan includes

Use the sales terminal, business catalogue, shop inventory, customers, sales history, receipt designer, cash-up and owner dashboard. Assign managers and cashiers to shops and export authorised reports as PDF, CSV or real Excel files.

Prices are in South African rand. Product VAT is a separate sales configuration: your product settings determine exclusive tax on the sales you record. The subscription price shown here is the amount sent for its monthly checkout; it is not a promise about your business's tax obligations.

Try the workflow before paying

A 14-day trial starts when you create your business. No card details or trial payment are required. Verify your owner email, set up products and opening stock, and test the counter on the phone, tablet or computer you plan to use.

The trial end date stays the same when a trial plan is changed. If the account expires, authorised history and report exports remain available while operational changes are restricted.

Monthly payments and plan changes

The owner renews through Billing using a hosted PayOS checkout that leads to PayFast. Automatic monthly debits are not enabled. Verified provider confirmation updates the paid period; returning from checkout alone does not activate a subscription.

During an active trial, the owner can select another plan if shop and staff usage fits. After the trial, a selected plan applies after the next confirmed payment. Disable extra active shops or staff before choosing a smaller plan. Cancellation can be scheduled for the end of the current paid or trial period.
