IEOSUIA POS · Inventory
Keep each shop's stock connected to its sales
IEOSUIA POS inventory records the quantity of each tracked product at a particular shop. A shared business catalogue provides product details; shop balances show where that stock is available.
Start with a useful product catalogue
Add a product name, unique SKU and optional barcode, then set its selling price, cost, category and exclusive tax configuration. Choose whether the product needs stock tracking.
The terminal can find products by name, SKU or barcode. The current catalogue uses whole quantities and does not include product variants or product-image uploads. Check those requirements before planning your catalogue.
Record opening stock and physical counts
Choose the shop before recording an opening quantity, stock count or adjustment. Include the reason for a change so later reviews can distinguish a count correction from ordinary sales activity.
A physical count compares the quantity actually on the shelf with the recorded balance. Review discrepancies before confirming an adjustment. Adding stock at one shop does not automatically add it at another branch.
Follow stock through sales and reversals
Completed sales reduce stock for tracked products at the selected shop. Stock checks and server-calculated transaction records keep a sale connected to its inventory effects.
Authorised full sales reversals record a refund and the corresponding stock return. This version does not provide partial product returns. Audit records and inventory movements help explain who changed stock and why.
Review low stock and movement history
Use inventory, movement and low-stock reports to investigate balances and plan your next stock review. Apply the relevant shop scope and export the same results as PDF, CSV or Excel.
These are operational inventory records, not automatic purchasing or supplier orders. An internet connection is required to save counts, sales and adjustments; offline stock updates are not available.
