Service provider
IEOSUIA, 26 Rock Alder, Naturena, Johannesburg, 2095, South Africa. IEOSUIA POS is a business point-of-sale and operations service. Contact support@ieosuia.com about your account or these terms.
Your agreement
By creating or using a business account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and Billing Terms. The owner must be authorised to act for the business and is responsible for staff access, account information and lawful use.
Accounts and security
Use accurate information, verify your email and keep your credentials private. Owners assign roles and shops to their staff. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. We may suspend access to investigate abuse or protect the service.
Using POS
You remain responsible for product prices, tax configuration, stock counts, sales accuracy, customer information and payments received. Card and EFT tender entries record payments you have already received; they do not execute a card charge or establish settlement. POS requires an internet connection.
Acceptable use
Do not access another business’s records, bypass permissions or limits, distribute malware, interfere with availability, submit unlawful content, or use the service for fraudulent transactions. Store only the customer information you need and have authority to process. Never enter raw payment-card details or authentication secrets in notes or customer fields.
Reports and records
Reports use the selected shops and South African dates. Refunds are recognised on their recorded date. Inventory reports show current balances. Review exported documents before relying on them for regulatory or accounting submissions. Keep any independent records required for your business.
Plans and cancellation
Shop and staff limits are enforced on the server. All launch plans include the same core POS tools. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements are described in the separate Billing Terms.
Availability and liability
We maintain the service with reasonable care. Availability can be affected by internet access, hosting or maintenance. No uninterrupted service or particular commercial result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that South African law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and disputes
Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email where appropriate. South African law applies. Contact support first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve a dispute.
