The POS tools your shop uses every day
IEOSUIA POS connects a shop's sales counter with its catalogue, inventory, team and reporting. Every plan includes the same core functionality; shop and staff allowances determine the plan size.
Find products and record a sale
Search by product name, SKU or barcode, add whole quantities to a cart and review the calculated total. Product prices, costs and tax settings belong to your business catalogue. Stock-tracked products use the selected shop's available quantity.
Record cash, card, EFT or split tenders and keep a saved sales receipt. Card and EFT entries document payments received through your separate payment arrangement. The POS terminal does not process customer bank cards through PayOS.
Keep inventory and shop activity connected
Maintain one catalogue while recording different stock balances at each shop. Stock counts and adjustments record a reason for the change. Completed sales reduce tracked stock; authorised full reversals record the corresponding return.
Owners can review their business's shops together. Managers and cashiers work within their assigned shop access, so adding a branch does not require exposing another business's records.
Design receipts and close the drawer
Choose Classic, Modern or Minimal receipts for 58 mm, 80 mm or A4 layouts. Owners can upload a merchant logo, add business details, choose whether they appear and preview a sample. Saved sales retain their receipt branding for reprints.
Open a shift with a cash float and close it with a drawer count. Expected cash, declared cash and variance help the team review the day's work. Receipt printing uses the browser; physical printer compatibility should be checked on your own device.
Review results and export useful records
View the owner dashboard and filter reports by date and authorised shops. Reports cover sales, stock, shifts, refunds, payment methods and other operational records. Export PDF, CSV or Excel documents from the same scoped data.
The current workspace requires an internet connection and uses South African rand. It supports whole quantities, configurable exclusive VAT, full sales reversals and recorded tenders. Offline selling, fractional quantities, partial returns and a general ledger are not available.
