IEOSUIA POS · Reporting
Review your business with the right shop and date context
IEOSUIA POS reporting turns recorded sales, stock and shift activity into operational reports. Owners can review their business across shops; other staff remain within their role and shop permissions.
Sales and shop performance
Review sales by shop, product, category and staff member. The owner dashboard brings business totals, shop comparisons and low-stock information into one view.
Use a date range and one, selected or all authorised shops before comparing results. A consolidated business total and a single-shop report answer different questions, so keep their filters visible when sharing an export.
Fifteen operational datasets
The available report datasets cover sales summaries, detailed sales, shops, products, categories, inventory, movements, low stock, staff, discounts, refunds, payment methods, tax, shifts and customer sales.
Tax reports reflect recorded sales and their product tax settings. Shift reports show opening cash, expected cash, declared cash and variance. These reports are not a general ledger, accounting certification or an automated tax filing service.
Export the data you are viewing
Download native PDF, CSV or Excel documents from the same authorised report scope. Excel exports are real XLSX files, and PDF reports provide readable headings and filter context.
Exports have deliberate size limits. For a large history, narrow the date range or shop selection rather than assuming unlimited export capacity. Actual maximum-size performance has not been independently measured.
Keep business records private
Business reports, customer details and generated exports require authorised access. They are not public marketing pages or search results. Staff access is checked on the server and report scope respects the business boundary.
Use the sales history and saved receipt when investigating a particular transaction. Authorised history and exports can remain available after subscription expiry, while operational changes are restricted.
